Questions

Why Flarum and not Discourse?: Discourse is excellent for big communities with full-time moderators. For everyone else it's overkill, and the per-month cost shows it. Flarum does most of what most communities need, at a fraction of the resource budget.
Can I use my own domain?: Yes, on every plan, for an extra £5 a month. Point a CNAME at us and TLS gets sorted automatically.
What about backups?: Daily, off-site, encrypted. Thirty days rolling, plus twelve monthly snapshots. You can request a restore at any time.
Where's my data hosted?: Inside the EU. Your data is GDPR-resident and never leaves the EEA.
Who's behind this?: An independent shop in Wales. Small enough that the human who answers your email is the human fixing the bug.
